Sculpted in 1979, produced with a silver patina and mounted on a round beveled-edge black onyx and marble base. This sculpture by Earl W. Bascom shows two well-worn cowboy boots, one of the symbols of the old west. These boots have the typical high tops and riding heels. The artist wore out many a pair of such boots during his lifetime and sometimes made his own boot repairs.
